Nessebar
Nessebar has on several occasions found itself on the frontier of a threatened empire, and as such it is a town with a rich history. The ancient part of the town is situated on a peninsula (previously an island) connected to the mainland by a narrow man-made isthmus, and it bears evidence of occupation by a variety of different civilisations over the course of its existence.
Its abundance of historic buildings prompted UNESCO to include Nessebar in its list of World Heritage Sites in 1983.
As of December 2009, the town has a population of 11,626 inhabitants.[1] It lies at 42°39′N 27°44′ECoordinates: 42°39′N 27°44′E. Nessebar Is easily reached by car,bus or taxi and is around 20 minutes from Sunny Beach Centre.

The Dinevi Marina St. Vlas
The Dinevi Marina is situated at the shore line in St Vlas only a short walk away from Coral Beach Apartment. It's well worth a visit with many restaurants and bars to relax.
Khan's Tent
If you fancy a real nice 3 course meal out for the family with entertainment all night long, Khan's Tent is well worth a visit. It is located about 3km up the hill out of Sunny Beach. The food is excellent and includes a free bottle of wine.
Well worth a visit but you need to book well in advance. If you are visiting for 7 days it's advisabe to book before you go on holiday to make sure you get in. They speak english.
Khan's Tent can only be accessed by taxi.

Further afield you may wish to take a bus ride or hire a car to explore the surrounding cities, towns and villages along the Black Sea Coast. Some of these include:
Varna
A city by the sea which has long beaches in contract to a busy commercial port. It is one of the oldest ports in eastern Europe.
Varna is the third largest city in Bulgaria and the largest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The city rises in tiers following the curves of Varna bay. Nowadays because of its history and dynamic present it is often called The Sea Capital of Bulgaria.
Center of one of the oldest music festivals for classical music in Bulgaria,
Varna is a city with famous drama and puppet theatre, opera and philharmonic orchestra. Here are also two of the most modern multifunctional halls in the country – The Palace of Culture and Sport and the Festival Congress Center, which allow a lot of international cinema festivals, scientific forums and sport events to be held there.
With its modern port, railway junction and international airport connecting the city to 35 countries and over 100 cities in the world Varna is one of the largest transport centers in Bulgaria.
Ozbor
The town of Obzor is situated at the border between the areas of Burgas and Varna. It is situated in a gulf, starting north of cape St. Atanas and reaches the Emin mountain. The Obzor resort is located at the scenic road, connecting the southern and northern seacoast, 65 kilometers south of Varna and 6 kilometers of the town of Byala. It is 74 kilometers away of Burgas and 37 kilometers of Nesebar.
The beach of the resort is about 10 kilometers long and 20 to 60 meters wide. Especially beautiful are the southern beach and Irakli. The sand is grained and golden-colored.
Obzor is one of the most ancient settlements at the sea shore.
