Lift

You have access to a glass fronted lift that will take you to all three floors. 

 

Grassed Areas

There is a grassed area up from the pool next to the Cafe area giving a pleasant outlook when eating and drinking at the cafe tables.

 

Sun Loungers & Brollies

There are numerous sun loungers and sun brollies for your use around the pool area. Please look after these as we have to provide them should they get broken.

 

Cafe

There is a cafe bar situated inbetween the two apartment blocks for your use. The bar food is home cooked and provided by the manager Marin and his wife for a very reasonable rate. A large bottle of cold beer will cost around 2 lev (70p) and soft drinks are available also. 

 

Private Access To The Sea

All residents have access to the sea from the pool area by walking down the wooden steps past the BBQ area and down to the water side where you can have a dip in the warm sea.

 

If you wish you can take a walk down to the marina by walking to the bottom of the steps to the sea turning right and following the coast line for a bout 3/4 mile reaching the Marina. The route is quite rocky in places so you will need foot wear.
